Ignite Fundraising And Cribbage

Ignite is rapidly approaching and fundraising projects are swinging into motion.

They include a cake stall, (YUM!!!!!! count me in) a raffle of a picture (still in the works... artists need their space) and best of all, car washing. We're going to do the latter later on in the year, because it is Unrealistic to expect a group of young people to wash cars without trying to wash eachother too!!!

Another event on the agenda are helping out with the local soup kitchen (contact us for more details!).

Last Thursday night, we became re-addicted to Fr Nicolas Maurice's favourite card game- Cribbage. The Net Team Leaders won, but the red-heads, Elyse and Brad, were not far behind. (And please, no red head jokes!! lol)
We're not sure why Fr consistently gets us to play, because we don't take it seriously, and instead of gazing intently at the game in front of us, we talk non-stop and drop any old card down onto the table after most people yell "YOUR turn!?!?!?!".... and don't have to fake the surprised expression on our faces when it turned out to be a great card.
That was our last social night.... hope you're there next time!!
